Freeware Puzzle Games

Freeware games from PC to PS2?

There are a number of freeware games I own, and I would actually like to burn them onto a disk and play them on a PS2. However, since I know that it is NOT that simple, I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this effectively. Necessary steps to take would be: formatting the files into a PS2-readable fomat, having an extra program to redirect each PS2 controller button to correspond with specific keyboard values... things like this? Any help, anyone?
