How to stop playing addictive online games?

ive been playing online games for 3 years and ive been having alot of trouble both at school and home i need help stoping playing those games and stop being so addicted to them every time i quit because of these video games my eyesight decreased by 2% and and when i usualy start i dont stop until i play 4-9 hrs please guys help me out i need to quit b4 school start i dont want it effecting my life and my body

3. I know what ya mean bro. I used to be addicted to this game and I quit the game for about a year and just recently I've played it again. But now I got limits I only play when it's boring during the summer but when school comes, I'm going to quit playing for good. I'm pretty sure the game you have in mind is runescape cause it's a VERY addictive game and yes thats the game I used to play like crazy. Just simply give your password to a complete stranger that you know that plays the game and that will pretty much stop it. I sold my accounts that I've had for 2 years for over $120 and I still sell other accounts I have and some my friends gave me. So thats also a good idea try selling them. Good luck!
