Uk Jigsaw Puzzles

I have been looking on the internet for a site that you can purchase missing jigsaw puzzles. I found on but its in the UK and kinda pricey. Is there anyway you can get the pieces that are missing from somewhere here in the US? I hae 1,000 piece puzzles that is almost done to find out a couple pieces are missing. I would hate to have to throw it away after all the time I have spent on this puzzle. Do you know what I found? Look on the box to see if you can find a manufacturer or website on where the puzzle was made and try to contact them by phone or email and see if they sell the missing pieces. PS I hate it when that happens.
